I thought the world was against me today. Then, the vending machine gave me two iced teas when I only paid for one.
Somehow, everything was a little better after that…
after finals…
I found out today that I’m employee of the month at the restaurant where I work!
I even get $50.
Except, on my way home from work today I went to the gas station, and it cost $50 to fill up my tank…
As expected. I wouldn’t feel right about being anything but a hufflepuff, really. And the common room sounds so great…views of dandelion fields and sunshine…

Okay, I’m not scared of ants, or roaches, or palmetto bugs, or even spiders, but when a bug like this
is running around in my dorm room and my roommate is standing on her bed screaming, I can’t help it. Look, it’s predacious.
Whatever, boy who came out of the room next door and glared at me while I was throwing away the squashed bug, you would have screamed too. And called in Kari for backup ‘cause she’s the best.
i’m way better about this than i used to be but sometimes i still get kind of friend-jealous
like, not necessarily possessive i guess, but just i get weirdly jealous about other people being pals with my pals
